Message to clients

It is vital to gain the support you need to make personal growth. As a social worker who specializes in creative therapy support, I seek to provide that extra help to navigate life's difficulties. I come from a strength-based harm-reduction point of view which centers your experience and history as the main factors in your story. I seek to then provide advocacy, encouragement, and when needed challenge, to help you make small growth changes over time internally and externally.

Since I focus on youth and young adults my methods often are body-based or include aspects of art, play, or positive relationship development. I will always respect your needs and goals, and ask you to be open to trying potentially new or challenging things to help you in making change.
