Message to clients

Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile on Zencare. I understand that the decision to seek help can be daunting as there are many kinds of treatment approaches for different kinds of issues.
Successful treatment depends upon the relationship between you and your therapist. The process by which this relationship develops is shaped by compassion, support and understanding, all of which promote healing in areas of difficulty and vulnerability. This path serves as a guide to my approach.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Depression - Providing support and addressing feelings of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Substance use - Reducing and preventing the negative impact of drug and alcohol use and addictions on physical, emotional, and relational health

Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and intimacy issues; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love

Relationships - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating

Self-esteem - Cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect
