Message to clients

Welcome, and thanks for taking a moment to look through my site!

I truly believe therapy works and that, along with your effort, relationships and lives improve because of it.

Perhaps you're wondering if therapy is your next step or maybe you're ready to put in the work to strengthen your relationship. The beauty about our sessions is that I meet you where you're at on your journey while providing some structure so that connection and stress levels improve.

During our first session, you can expect we'll spend some time getting to know each other. I'm sure I'll ask questions about your strengths, helpful background information and the lead up to the present moment. We'll go over what's been helpful to you in the past and what you'd like to gain from our sessions. If we'll be doing couples therapy, we'll be sure to go over how you met and what initially drew you to each other. We'll also take the time to answer any questions that you may have for me as we get started.

My practice primarily focuses on relational connection and communication along with skill building and processing to alleviate anxiety and depression. Reach out today for a free consultation or simply message me through Zencare. I'm looking forward to meeting you.

Warmly,

Jonathan
