Therapist's note

I want to support everyone the best I can as I know finances can be challenging for many people. I offer a sliding scale for folks who cannot otherwise afford the $250 rate. Many people forget that their current insurance may contain an out-of-network benefit and that they have a health savings account or flexible spending account. These resources can provide you with both reimbursement for services as well as tax advantages. In many cases by utilizing your out-of-network benefit and HSA/FSA you can be reimbursed $600-800 each month which will cover the majority of the therapy cost.
