I want to commend you on seeking services for your mental health; it’s not easy. I look forward to being able to help you along your journey! Jordan graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2021 with her Bachelors’ in Psychological and Social Sciences. She then went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Joseph’s University in 2023. After graduating, she worked in a women’s trauma PHP and IOP in Philadelphia,PA before relocating to the DMV area working as a clinician at Dominion Hospital on the inpatient Trauma Science unit.

Jordan is extremely passionate about helping individuals manage traumatic experiences that might have impacted the way they view the world to assist them in developing a skill set for being able to manage day to day life as they navigate their traumatic experiences both past and present. In addition to trauma, Jordan specializes in anxiety & depression.

Her goal is to equip you with the skills necessary to live a better life, whatever that may mean for you. She adopts a person centered approach where she works with you in collaboration to explore what is coming up for you.Specifically, Jordan utilizes psychodynamic techniques, along with solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, CBT and motivation
