Message to clients

I came to the psychotherapy profession after thirteen years in education. During my time as an educator, I gained a better understanding of my love for helping my students, and others, work through the challenges they faced.

At Hopes for Healing Counseling, PLLC, my goal is to help you find your path through the journey to healing.

My focus stands in helping individuals who are on a cancer journey, and/or are members of the LGBTQIAP2S+ community

That said, my mission stands to be of service to the Greater Houston community by providing quality, mental health therapy while honoring our core values equity, equality, and inclusion.

How can therapy help?

Therapy provides us a space to spend time with our emotions, our thoughts... everything going on inside our heads, hearts, and guts to try to figure out what the heck is going on.

Easy? Nope!

Worth it? Only you can determine this.

That said, I believe it is "worth its weight in gold-pressed latinum!" (Hey, the Ferengi have a way with words sometimes.)

All of that to say, let's talk. "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step," and I look forward to helping you along this journey.
