You may be in a place in your life where you have noticed patterns of behavior that you would benefit from changing in some way. You may have thought in-depth about these areas and feel like you have a clear understanding of when these issues come up and perhaps even what has caused them, but are unsure of what you can do to address them. 

Perhaps you’ve found it difficult to communicate your wants and needs in certain situations. Or maybe you’ve realized that some of your methods of coping are neither the healthiest nor most helpful for dealing with distress. You may have even noticed that many of your relationships have fit into a pattern that in hindsight you are unhappy with.

I am here to help you finally transition from reflection and contemplation to action and change. Working with me, you will work on figuring out the tangible steps you can take to improve what you would like to improve in your life. I will help you refine a skillset that will help you ensure that you are meeting your own needs while also nurturing those positive relationships in your life.

As a queer, non-binary clinician, I also recognize the unique ways those of us in the LGBTQ+ community may identify and live our lives, and as such will help to ensure that the skills you build affirm your lifestyle.
