Message to clients

I believe we all have a 'wishing well' inside us, in which we wish for our hopes and dreams to come true, for someone to hear and not judge, for better relationships, for becoming 'unstuck' and living a more balanced, content, calm life.

Would you like support in making those wishes a reality? I can help.

My goal is to spport your moving forward in your life. Together, we will find your own strengths and coping skills to make the changes you want. I will be fully present with you and give you my undivided attention as we work toward fulfilling your hopes and dreams. My style is warm, compassionate, down-to-earth, supportive and non-judgmental. I provide a safe place where you can be YOU- a place you can learn more about yourself, where you can feel free to express your thoughts, concerns, and emotions. And, yes, a place to share your joy and laughter as well.

CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialetical behavior therapy), and mindfulness are a few of the techniques I offer. I work with children, pre-teens, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. I can help alleviate many kinds of psychological challenges including substance abuse.

I'm excited to partner with you in a new stage of llife. I offer a free 10 minute consultation.
