Judy is a nationally and state certified psychoanalyst. She chooses to work exclusively with adult clients on a variety of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Her goal is to help her patients understand the unconscious motivations that effect their decision making and life choices. When clients are free to talk about anything and everything with a non judgmental therapist , they are able to grow and move beyond their expectations.
Judy is particularly passionate about helping men and women of all ages to work through past traumas and early life messages. By recognizing repeated life patterns and understanding how past traumas can be affecting their lives, , her patients are able to free themselves from the chains of the past
Judy’s approach to therapy is psychodynamic . Since each client is different, her treatment approach varies by individual needs. She works with her clients to create trust by creating a comfortable and safe place to talk. Judy's clients tell her that she is a wonderful listener.
She is honored to work with all backgrounds and identities.
Judy studied psychoanalysis at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and the Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis.
