Message to clients

The COVID-19 pandemic has created significant anxiety, depression, and general unhappiness in many people. People with few problems before the pandemic are experiencing emotional difficulties. Those with symptoms beforehand see an exacerbation of depression and anxiety. I am a clinical psychologist with over 30 years in the field of psychology. I have a strong background in helping people overcome complex personal, occupational, and family challenges.

Seeking the help of a therapist can be an intimidating process. I believe that people possess the skills for managing personal problems. I see my role to help uncover these strengths within an accepting and nurturing environment.
