Message to clients

There's no reason to have to go through difficult periods of life alone. I will support you and use all of my experience and training to facilitate your personal growth and help you reach your full potential. You will find that I work collaboratively and treat each person with the utmost respect and positive regard. I hope that you walk away from each session having learned something new about yourself and with tools you can use in difficult moments.

I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation to answer any basic questions and discuss your concerns briefly. The first time we meet is a 45-60 minute consultation, at the end of which we discuss my recommendations and we mutually determine fit. Afterwards, we typically meet weekly to do a more thorough assessment of your challenges, refine your goals, and start the treatment process. As long as you commit to showing up for yourself each week, I will do my part to chip away at whatever's bothering you or holding you back so that you feel not only relieved, but actually good.
