Julie’s approach to therapy is highly collaborative and nonjudgmental, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for her clients. She draws on her extensive knowledge of acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Buddhist philosophy and practice, integrating these approaches with her lived experiences in adoption, parenting, recovery, and trauma. As your therapist, Julie prioritizes your trust and safety, offering compassionate care grounded in a humanistic and affirming foundation.
