Message to clients

Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my Zencare profile. I am a licensed psychologist with an established private practice located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. My practice specializes in treatment options for common problems including depression, worry, insomnia, stress, sexual concerns, generalized anxiety and social anxiety. We treat adolescents and adults both individually and in a group capacity using a theoretical approach that is best described as cognitive-behavioral.

As a therapist, I strive to help my clients overcome challenges, adopt long-term health promoting behaviors and thrive in their daily lives. I always do my best to employ techniques that are well-matched to an individual's unique set of goals and strengths. In addition to seeing patients I am actively participating in the evolving landscape of mental and behavioral health care through various consulting endeavors.

Feel free to visit my website to learn more about my practice. Please note that I request a brief phone conversation with all new patients requesting an initial appointment at my office. This call is intended to make sure that I am the psychologist that is best suited to meet your needs. Moreover, I realize that starting therapy with someone you do not know can be unnerving for some. I hope that an introductory conversation will help and I hope to have the opportunity to work with you and help you progress on your wellness journey.
