Julie Sponsler, MA, MFT, is a down-to-earth, authentic and approachable therapist who creates a safe, loving space for her clients. Her style is highly compassionate, empathic and caring, yet at the same time she is able to appropriately and effectively challenge when needed.
Highly regarded by clients and co-workers, Julie has served many populations throughout her 20+ years in the therapeutic field. Today, she specializes in helping people with relationship issues, challenges with fulfillment in career, food/weight issues, depression, and anxiety, life transitions, childhood trauma, grief, HSP's, ADHD. She also specializes working with the LGBTQ Community. She is trauma informed and is a certified Brainspotting therapist.
Inspired by her own process of healing and recovery from an eating disorder, Julie's approach with clients is experiential, active and empowering.
