Professional statement

KaSandra Sapp is a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois. Her holistic approach helps clients create a life they enjoy by focusing on all aspects of well-being. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to encourage individuals of all ages, couples, and families to change their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through practical and valuable tools.

KaSandra understands that everyone walks through tough times and believes no one should have to do it alone. Everyone who walks through her door is treated with respect and met with empathy and compassion.

As a therapist, she truly believes that mental, physical, and spiritual health are interconnected. She aims to foster an environment of comfort and calm. Her office is a judgment-free zone where healing truly happens.

During the first session, KaSandra will get to know you and your goals. Together, you will create a plan on how to attack your struggles head-on. Moving forward, each session will focus on accomplishing and maintaining the goals you've set for yourself. Therapy is a personal choice. You are in control.

KaSandra utilizes solution-focused and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to achieve long-lasting, positive change.

KaSandra is a very conversational therapist. She appreciates humor and tries to make therapy as enjoyable yet challenging as possible.
