She often works with families in the preparation of bringing baby home and introducing a new member into the family as well as with families who are dealing with postpartum depression and unfortunate experiences of birth trauma. She also loves helping parents to resolve behavioral issues by creating and implementing support strategies that are individualized to a particular child within the context of their family system.

She currently engages in technology assisted therapeutic services (teletherapy) for individuals who reside in the states of Kentucky and Florida.

Message to clients

Navigating individual and family changes can be very difficult. I believe that professional support is an excellent way to begin to make shifts in our mindsets and to process changes in a meaningful way. I also believe that intentional cultivation in our personal lives fosters re-connection in our significant relationships and helps our families to thrive. As an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and educator, I can support you through life's challenges with the care and compassion that you deserve. Therapy is a powerful means of self-discovery and growth. I intend to meet you where you are in the midst of your journey and help you to figure out a path that's best for you.

Whether your marriage is struggling and you feel disconnected from your partner, you believe your children are "out of control", you are having a difficult time adjusting to a new addition to your family, or any issue in between, I am here to offer support. I have the knowledge and experience to educate you on principles of emotionally healthy living so that you can meet your goals of reconnecting and revitalizing relationships, reestablishing order in the home, and figuring out how to safeguard your relationship in the midst of experiencing fertility issues or adding a new addition to your family. Regardless of circumstances, life can be more enjoyable, marriages can thrive, and we can learn to embrace and enjoy the journey in new seasons.
