She works with individual adults and couples who experience these challenging issues and/or are looking to take an area of their life "to the next level." She also specializes in working with business owners/entrepreneurs, medical and healthcare professionals, and artists (actors, writers, painters, etc.) Her therapy approaches are mainly Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology. Some other therapy approaches that she may use include: Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic.
Kailah began her behavioral health career as a graduate student attending California State University, San Bernardino where she obtained her Master of Social Work degree. During her studies, she interned as a school therapist, county therapist, and administrative programs assistant. Since that time, she has worked for local government, private community organizations, and contractual work as a private practitioner.
She is currently located in Sahuarita, Arizona and provides teletherapy/remote sessions to clients physically located in Arizona or California Monday through Thursday
