Dr. Kailey Spina Horan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Westchester, New York who specializes in anxiety, depression. Her practice is open to individuals aged 13 and up through their mid twenties, many of whom are experiencing social anxiety, panic attacks, as well as general anxiety disorder.
Dr. Horan’s approach is integrative; she often works from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) standpoint, and weaves in elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), particularly emotional regulation for coping skills. She also enjoys doing solution-focused brief therapy, which is short-term, goal-oriented, and helps clients move forward in their present and immediate future.
Dr. Horan received her PhD from Pace University in New York where she completed a dissertation on mindfulness; additionally, she finished a recent training at the Institute for Psychotherapy and Meditation. She looks forward to meeting you at her office, located in Briarcliff Manor
