Kailey is a New York therapist specializing in mental health support for creative professionals, artists, and entrepreneurs. With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a background in journalism and photography, she brings both expertise and personal experience to her work. Kailey understands the unique pressures creatives face, from overcoming blocks to balancing freelancing with personal well-being, and supports clients in navigating these challenges.

Kailey’s therapy is grounded in self-discovery, self-compassion, and authenticity. She fosters a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Using an integrative psychodynamic approach, Kailey helps clients uncover the roots of their behaviors and reconnect with their true selves.
