Message to clients

Have you been feeling stuck in your thoughts and with no idea as to how you can change your circumstances? Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, or challenges within relationships like setting healthy boundaries, you have the ability to heal and break free from painful and destructive cycles. While balancing your career and navigating oppressive systems, we will work collaboratively to identify and establish healthier ways of functioning. I am committed to cultivating a therapeutic space that is anti-racist and safe for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, who deserve to be affirmed and respected.

Real change comes from exploring our deep inner selves and the painful experiences that may have happened in our early lives that we continue to carry into our present. I specialize in inner-child and trauma work, which I believe is the foundation of all of our problems. Disrupting unhealthy patterns will ultimately lead to the life that you desire.

The field of mental health and wellness has disproportionately underrepresented those who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). As a woman of color, I believe strongly in culturally-sensitive and trauma informed therapy that allows you to bring your authentic self into the healing process. I look forward to walking with you on your journey.
