My name is Kaleb Sinclair; I am a licensed mental health counselor associate who graduated with my MA in psychology from Seattle University and a BA in community psychology from University of Washington. My therapeutic approach stems from an existential therapy foundation paired with intersection in feminist and culturally responsive approach. I have multiple years of experience working with individuals, families, couples, and groups. I have experience serving in both the community mental health sphere and the private sector of psychology. I believe you are the expert of your own lives and as such I am here to help you draw out your internal wisdom. I seek to shed light on the dehumanizing forces in this world that can affect your life and I intend to work with you to find creative, empowering, and life respecting ways to heal and create positive change. My work with clients involves addressing issues such as but not limited to trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, life transitions, internalized oppression, relational challenges, and systemic oppression. I am here to help you discover your own strength and resiliency.
