Professional statement

Kalle Stinson is a Licensed Therapist in the South End area of Charlotte who works with adults of any age, and especially enjoys working with young adults and young professionals. She finds particular success and joy in working with clients who are insight driven and motivated to engage in meaningful self investigation for growth and transformation. Clients often come to Kalle in pursuit of emotional health, to gain self awareness and a healthy view of self, and to break unhealthy life, relationship, and thought patterns. Many of her clients find that connecting their spiritual/faith life into the therapeutic process creates more holistic growth.

Kalle uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, combining the cognitive and the emotional experience. She believes that the stories we tell ourselves (our thoughts and beliefs) have a great impact on our emotional experiences, our view of self, and our interpretations of our lives and relationships. Kalle specializes in using the Enneagram personality inventory as a tool to help us discover our core motivations and what lens we see the world through. She finds the Enneagram to be especially helpful for relationship issues. Kalle particularly enjoys approaching therapy with spiritual life in mind.

Kalle's style is collaborative, engaging, and personable. Her view that therapy is a collaborative experience fuels exploration, awareness, and motivation for you to engage in your personal work and journey even outside the therapy room.
