Karen Pleshe(She/Her/Hers)

Karen Pleshe is a licensed therapist and Life Coach. She has practiced therapy with clients for over 25 years specializing in trauma, behavioral change, and couple’s therapy. Karen is especially passionate about her new Coaching business in which she helps people heal blocks they have with money. Karen is passionate about helping individuals and couples get right with their relationship with money.

Clients who work with Karen struggle with avoidance, shame, blame and fighting with others about their finances, and clients who can’t seem to get on track to fix the underlying issue. Some of Karen's clients also struggle with confidence in themselves to charge the value for services they provide. Karen’s 25 years as a therapist and training with couples provide the expertise you need to change your life with money. Karen uses the latest in cutting-edge neuroscience (brainspotting), psychology of how money blocks are formed, and expertise from couple’s therapy.

Karen’s coaching style is warm, directive, encouraging and geared to help you stay on track with your goals. Karen believes coaching can bring out the best in people and trusts in each client’s innate ability to heal and connect to their own truth and path.

Karen received her master’s degree in social work from Grand Valley State University. She has practiced as a private practice therapist for over 25 years and recently received her Coaching Certificate. Outside of her professional life Karen enjoys traveling, golfing, family time, decorating, biking, hiking, and outdoor adventures.
