Message to clients

Perhaps you are feeling depressed or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or feeling that something is missing from your life. You might be looking to break out of unhealthy patterns or to address past traumas.

As a therapist, my role is to provide support and guidance in the service of meaningful change. Therapy has the potential to increase self-awareness, heal old wounds, build on our strengths and promote a greater sense of joy and well-being.

I will draw on my experience with different treatment approaches to help you move toward your goals. I have a background in psychodynamic therapy, CBT and DBT, and I also use mindfulness- and self-compassion-based interventions. My style is warm, empathic and interactive.
