Professional statement

Katherine believes that everyone has the ability to heal and uses this to guide her therapeutic approach with her clients. She helps her clients find the strength within themselves to make the necessary changes needed to achieve their goals and live a more fulfilling life.

Message to clients

I prioritize providing a safe, non-judgemental space for my clients to share what they perceive as their “ugliest parts.” My goal is to show you that therapy should not be about learning how to pretend that we have it all together, but instead about embracing the beautiful mess that we are and learning how to accept those parts of ourselves. My calm energy allows clients to be themselves without fear of being judged or criticized so we can work towards creating the life you imagine for yourself.
