Message to clients

Wholeness, Joy, Dignity, Celebration, Compassion, Stewardship. These are fundamental qualities of a life truly lived and experiences you deserve. Our unique destiny is born with us—it is part of our life force. Discovering who we are and what brings us alive is our fundamental birthright. But we must walk our path to discover ourselves. We must go on the hero and heroine’s journey that asks us to step into the unknown, relinquish the things we know we must let go of and claim the truth we know is ours. By bringing the unique energy of our true selves to the world, our lives flourish and the world is a better place.

It can be so hard to let go of old limiting beliefs, stuckness and habitual patterns that originally arose to help protect you, but which are keeping your world too small now. I offer leading edge approaches to help you shift from surviving to thriving.

I am dedicated to helping you find and come alive in whatever you are passionate about bringing forth in your life. Each time we meet I’ll help you take with you a felt sense, practiced-in-session connection with your Wise Self that will not only sustain you, but surprise you, enliven you and which you will use to build on and deepen into. I’ll help you reconnect with your most-alive self in the present moment through embodied, take-away practices that will help you thrive and fulfill your dreams.
