Kathleen is an LMFT in practice since 1997 and a Certified Hakomi Therapist since 2004. Kathleen has extensive training and experience in leading edge approaches to help you shift from surviving to thriving: Somatic and Experiential Psychotherapy, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness Practices, Healing Trauma including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Attachment Work, Wise Self/Parts Work (IFS), Neuroscience and Polyvagal Approaches, Creative Expression, Visualizations, Dreamwork, Psychodrama, Energy and Archetypal Work and Practices, and Continuum Movement. She offers consultation and supervision. Dyslexia: Kathleen is a specialist in supporting adult dyslexics. Sessions are offered via telehealth in California and Florida.

Kathleen is also a performer and singer-songwriter with five albums, a writer, poet and artist. She knows the thrill of expression and also what we must face in ourselves in order to truly express.
