Kathleen Monroe possesses a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and is licensed in Clinical Social Work in the state of Illinois. Kathleen has been working in the counseling field since 2014. During her time within this field, Kathleen has experience working within a variety of settings providing her with sensitivity towards various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic groups of ages ranging from children, teens, adults, families, and couples. Clients that she has worked with struggled in areas of mental health and substance abuse ranging in the diagnosis of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, post-traumatic stress disorder, addiction-related disorders, learning disabilities, behavioral spectrum disorders, autism, adjustment disorders, and psychotic disorders.
