Kathleen has been working in the counseling field since 2014. During her time within this field, Kathleen has experience working within a variety of settings providing her with sensitivity towards various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic groups of ages ranging from children, teens, adults, families, and couples. Clients that she has worked with struggled in areas of mental health and substance abuse ranging in the diagnosis of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, post-traumatic stress disorder, addiction-related disorders, learning disabilities, behavioral spectrum disorders, autism, adjustment disorders, and psychotic disorders.
Kathleen believes that every individual has the power to change, and she strives to guide clients towards their strengths. In a direct strengths-based approach, Kathleen provides personalized treatment by empowering clients to decide how they would like to address their concerns and set their own pace for meeting their treatment goals.
