Dr. Young is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience. She has training in many evidence based treatment approaches ( PE, CPT, EMDR, DBT to name a few) and a belief that healing happens in the context of relationship. She has worked in University, VA, LGBTQ community mental health and private practice settings. All sessions are currently telehealth. Dr. Young is eligible to provide therapy under her Arizona license in many other states.
