You have an innate sense of wholeness and an ability to heal and grow––therapy is a unique process that facilitates the reconnection and restoration of your authentic self. The suffering we experience can become a gift if we work through it. I'm here to help you uncover what is getting in the way, supporting you in working toward clarity, self-acceptance as well as courageously shed that which no longer serves you. I'm here to help you uncover what is getting in the way, supporting you in working toward clarity, self-acceptance as well as courageously shed that which no longer serves you. I take a holistic, integrative approach to facilitate the mind-body-spirit connection so that you may live a richer, more meaningful life.
My approach is integrative and holistic, blending Depth/Jungian Psychology with additional trainings such as EMDR, AEDP, RLT (2 years couples intensive), somatic techniques, trauma work and mindfulness practices. I don’t just sit back and listen–I am direct and gently challenging, collaborating with you to address the root of what ails you.
Life can be challenging for all of us and building a relationship with a therapist that you trust can bring profound change and transformation. I see both individuals and couples, and offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have. Please reach out if you feel we may be a good fit!
