Dr. Kavita Ajmere, a licensed psychologist and coach, is widely recognized as an expert on adolescent health. Her experience as the former Director of Counseling Services at Harvard Westlake and Oakwood School in Los Angeles, where she worked with students from diverse backgrounds, has honed her skills in helping teens with anxiety and depression.
