They are passionate about working from a strengths based perspective with adults who are inspired to create an abundant life filled with meaning, clarity, confidence, groundedness and joy.
Wild Core Coaching LLC emerged from the belief that human beings have an inherent drive towards their most authentic, deeply true self. Kayden guides the collaborative process of navigating the layers that cloak one's core. Many times our authenticity is compromised by uncomfortable states such as anxiety, depression, attachment stress, emotional dysregulation, self abuse, self abandonment and disconnection from the physical body. By engaging in the therapeutic relationship, the client gains the necessary skillset to experience the wild freedom of nervous system regulation, which can result in powerfully healing impacts on the body, relationships, health and life purpose.
Utilizing various therapeutic techniques from modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Humanistic Therapy and Narrative Therapy, Kayden’s holistic and non judgmental perspective invites us to strengthen the mind-body connection and spark the curiosity to incorporate all parts of ourselves in an accepting environment.
Kayden specializes in working with members of the queer community attain their fullest expression by tackling internal questions surrounding non-mainstream genders and sexualities, as well as adults experiencing physical health concerns or chronic illness.
