Kayla holds a Master’s of Social Work from New York University and completed clinical training at the Institute for Human Identity, a queer focused therapy center in Chelsea, New York where she provided queer-affirming psychotherapy to adults and couples within the LGBTQIA+ community. Kayla has a background in providing sex positive sexuality education to college students, which informs her approach as a psychotherapist providing a safe space for discussion about sexuality and identity. Kayla has experience working with adults and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, OCD, low self esteem– issues that hinder personal fulfillment.
