Kelda is highly relational, attentive and analytical within their approach. They are creative in that they individualize each session based on your needs hat day. This can be through creative modalities in most sessions, and or only verbal as this can be your preference as the Creative Arts are within more then just physical creation, it is within the verbal metaphor and symbols we create within our stories.

Kelda assists people therapeutically with improving moods relationships and behaviors within long term Psychotherapy via weekly 50 minute sessions. The primary symptoms Kelda treats relate to, ongoing sadness, loneliness, anxiety, obsessions, grief, loss and identity confusion. Along with sexual insecurities, demisexuality, relational complexities, avoidance of desires overall. Further specialities are within assisting decrease creative blocks, gender/body dysphoria and or rejection dysphoria;. Kelda believes the above noted symptomatic experiences most often lead to feelings of isolation, not being understood and needing therapeutic connection that they hope to provide to you should this be a match.

I've been providing Creative Arts Therapy to highly sensitive children and adults. To both creative thinkers, artists of life, of desires, ones who live to create and or dream of creating more in purpose and within self and human connections. Making sense of yourself; claiming your needs and feelings as valid through Art Therapy as you move through this next chapter of life is commendable.

I have specialization with decreasing creative blocks, lack of drive, ambition as this interrelates with our problem solving abilities. I assist within sessions guiding you into thoughts processes that can decrease symptoms of anxiety and sadness interrelated with undesirable relationships, performance and or behaviors. I treat children 7 y/o and older along with adults and couples of all genders and sexualities. I am highly inclusive and Queer within my identity.

We can always utilize Art Therapy as a modality of expression within sessions along with verbal alone and or co-occurring whichever your preference and best meets your therapeutic goals/needs.
