Message to clients

You most likely are seeking Therapy due to an aspect of your life possibly causing you distress needing shifting or deeper understanding. Wanting to make sense of yourself and initiate personal growth is a step I honor and am grateful to take part in. My approach involves co-creating a comfortable, analytical relational, psychodynamic realm where you can freely process, self reflect and hone in on the complexities within you. I want to help you by creatively exploring what’s important to you for increased insight, confidence and shifts where desired. This may be relational, behavioral, vocational and or situational.

I am passionate about providing affirming therapy for the LGBTQ+ community. Being both Queer and Non Binary I know first hand the experiences/challenges this can create. As an Art Therapist we can utilize both verbal and Creative modalities depending on your needs and interest. I have expertise providing therapy for all ages, couples and families.

Please reach out for a consultation so we can see if this is a good fit for you. You can send me an email from this profile. I will respond to you within 24 hours for scheduling. We can do this over video or phone call whichever your preference
