Kelda's therapeutic approach is highly relational, attuned, attentive and analytical. They are creative in that they individualize each session based on your needs and how they shift overtime. This can be through processing with creative modalities in sessions such as clay, paint, fabric, etc.., and or primarily verbal.

Kelda assists both children and adults therapeutically with improving focus, moods relationships and behaviors within 50 minute weekly sessions. The primary symptoms and experiences Kelda treats relate to, ongoing sadness, loneliness, anxiety, obsessions, compulsions, grief, loss, relational struggles and or substance misuse. Further specialities are assisting with decreasing creative blocks. Kelda believes the above noted symptomatic experiences most often lead to feelings of isolation, not being understood and needing therapeutic connection.
