The clients that I work with often find themselves struggling with follow-through, low self-esteem or having a lack of focus that is impacting their wellbeing and relationships. My clients may experience being frustrated with themselves and find themselves thinking negative thoughts such as “I should be able to do this.
I utilize CBT and DBT in addition to other forms of treatment. I have experience working with many different populations, across multiple backgrounds, races, ethnicities and ages. I work with clients that have either been diagnosed with ADHD or have an undiagnosed general difficulty with focusing during sessions. I see clients who have mood disorders such as forms of anxiety, depression and those who struggle with anger management. I allow my clients to set the pace they are comfortable with as I assist them in working towards their personal goals.
I thrive on finding individualized approaches for providing therapy to clients. As each client is a different person with different needs; I try to keep my approach flexible by first getting to know clients then working together with them to find what interventions will work best for them personally.
I’m excited to meet you and assist you in creating a positive impact on your life!
