Message to clients

I thrive on finding individualized approaches for providing therapy to clients. As each client is a different person with different needs; I try to keep my approach flexible by first getting to know clients then working together with them to find what interventions will work best for them personally.

I utilize CBT and DBT in addition to other forms of treatment. I have experience working with many different populations, across multiple backgrounds, races ethnicities and ages. I am most familiar with clients who have mood disorders such as forms of anxiety, depression and those who struggle with anger management. I am also experienced in working with clients that have been diagnosed with ADHD or have general difficulty with focusing during sessions. I allow my clients to set the pace they are comfortable with as I assist them in working towards their personal goals.

I’m excited to meet you and assist you in creating a positive impact on your life.
