Professional statement

Kelly Nason is a Licensed Clinical Social worker based in Parker, Colorado. She is the owner and therapist at Santosha Wellness.

Kelly's goal is to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's many transitions and challenges with a bit of grace, and a lot of skill. She has special expertise in women's issues, prenatal/postpartum challenges, and relationship counseling, but welcomes all types of clients to her practice. Kelly is a parent of 2 young children, and enjoys supporting clients through the transition to becoming parents themselves.

Kelly employs a variety of therapeutic approaches, but draws most heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. She recognizes the many ways that our thoughts and actions influence emotion. Because most clients come to therapy in seach of relief, Kelly focuses heavily on guiding clients to find solutions that work quickly and bring long-term change. Her approach is informal, yet structured, and her clients enjoy taking an active role in their own therapy. Kelly also infuses warmth, humor and lightheartedness into her work with clients.

In your work with Kelly, you will feel supported, validated, challenged, and encouraged to become the best version of yourself!
