Message to clients

One of my strengths, and an important skill I have, is how genuine I am and how comfortable I am able to help others feel. I truly enjoy getting to know the people I work with and providing a safe space for them to be able to process and discuss items that they may not feel comfortable talking about to others or even saying out loud to themselves. It is always my hope that the clients I see feel safe and comfortable being vulnerable and honest themselves. It's hard to face emotional/mental health challenges and it's nice to have someone like myself be there with you during those uncomfortable times.
