Message to clients

You are striving to do it all-juggle work, relationships, partners, family responsibilities, friendships while navigating women's health issues. Perfectionism makes you feel like you are failing when in reality you are doing the best you can. It's hard to believe things could get better and anxious thoughts about the future fill your mind. You worry about falling behind others' timelines because plans have been derailed. You feel isolated and lonely at times.

Anxiety, depression and grief can all be a part of navigating a challenging health diagnosis or chronic pain. You may be struggling with what your identity as a woman looks like now, feeling a lack of control or anger that your body let you down. This is impacting your most important relationships and you're just feeling stuck.

My priority in our work together is to get you to a place where you feel "unstuck". I want you to leave each session feeling heard, supported and with more tools in your toolbox. Let's work together to get you to a place where you are thriving, not simply surviving.
