Dr. Most honors deep emotions and provides a kind and compassionate space for self-discovery. It is her joy to create connecting spaces for people by integrating experiences of body-mind-spirit.
Dr. Most is a Certified Advanced Imago therapist. She believes that relationship challenges cannot be solved, they can only be healed. For this reason, she encourages couples to connect deeply and listen openly to heal and repair relationship problems. From the first session, couples learn Imago skills of communication, acts of kindness, and self-regulation.
She focuses on connection and empowers clients and new therapists to use their intuition and listen to what their bodies and spirits tell them about their strengths, needs, desires, and passions.
Dr. Most holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision; she has a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling. She is a certified clinical supervisor for therapists in DC and Maryland. In addition, she is an accredited Diversity and Inclusion facilitator and Imago Workshop Presenter. She supports clients, new therapists, and humanitarians of all backgrounds and identities to find connection to God, themselves, their community, and their greater purpose in life.
