Message to clients
’Your task is not to seek love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.’ Rumi.
Everyone you meet sees an ambitious, high-achieving professional. At the top of your game. Doing it all. Behind the scenes, it’s a different story. You struggle with fear and worry. Career and family stress. Perfectionism. Keeping up appearances. Striving for success. Confusion about what ‘success’ even looks like for you. And beneath it all: The deep-seated belief that you’re not ‘enough.'
These are the barriers that are stopping you from experiencing your life to the fullest. It’s my job to help you move past them.
When the science of what works is paired with the flexibility to meet your unique needs, positive change is the natural result. Using principles of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Attachment Theory, we’ll tune into what’s authentic in you, cultivate a deeper awareness of your intrinsic value and worth, and problem-solve together, to understand and change the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are getting in your way.
Anxiety tells us fulfillment is a destination, when in truth it’s all about the journey.
I feel honored to play a role in yours.
