Message to clients

Hello and welcome! As a therapist it is my goal to help you to feel seen, heard and held to help you process the trauma, emotions, and beliefs that keep you from finding peace in your life. I enjoy working with individuals to develop a strong therapeutic relationship built on compassion, curiosity, organicity and spaciousness.

I view therapy as a practice of supporting the people that I work with to access more compassion, love and understanding for themselves. I strive to work with my clients in identifying the blocks that get in the way of you having a secure relationship with yourself and others. Attachment science tells us that through shifting these blocks, you can heal your trauma, prepare yourself for successful relationships, and build a life worth living.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is sacred relationship and celebrate you for taking the first steps towards starting this process. I am currently welcoming new clients into my practice and I look forward to connecting with you!
