Message to clients

I am a clinical social worker in private practice who has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan experiencing emotional distress. My specialties include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, and trauma. I am committed to therapeutic work that empowers people to enact change by developing insight and clarity as to the origins and contributors to their pain. I work with clients to identify fears, guilt, shame, destructive patterns, and family influences that are affecting their ability to live a healthy, satisfying life. I use a psychodynamic approach accompanied by specific coping techniques and an intergenerational family trauma lens. My style is highly interactive, compassionate, supportive, and direct.
