Kimberley L. Berlin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She is an integrated addiction therapist who uses traditional Western and Eastern mental health and wellness approaches to help clients on their journey to healing. Ms. Berlin approaches her clients with compassion, connection, and deep commitment. While the 12 Step tradition serves as the guide to recovery from addiction, her approach is grounded in the neuroscience of spirituality. Her philosophy has informed her personal journey in recovery, a path of 27 years.
Kimberley is an expert in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and Trauma-Informed approaches. She engages her clients in breath-work, yoga, journaling, meditation, chant and prayer, when and if the client so desires. Most importantly, she works with her clients to create an individual path to healing that will achieve long-lasting success. Ms. Berlin's clientele range in age from 18 years of age onward, with a broad range of backgrounds and cultures. Kimberley also works with therapists as part of her professional services.
