Message to clients

Has your stress and anxiety become so intolerable that it is preventing you from enjoying life and moving towards your desired future? Do you need help liking yourself and/or making changes?  Many of us hit points where we face injuries from our past or roadblocks in the present that feel too difficult to confront. These things interfere with being able to experience happiness or move toward our definition of a life worth living. Sometimes, thoughts and emotions can feel so unmanageable that we lose confidence believing things can improve and/or our ability to create change.

If you are struggling with managing anxiety or pain, calming your mind, regaining control of your emotions, finding joy in the present, building self-esteem and better relationships, or removing barriers towards the life that you want, then you are not alone. In my practice I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Exposure and other psychotherapeutic techniques to help get clients to where they want to go. Together we can help you learn the tools you need to remove barriers, learn to manage your emotions, and create the life that you want. I specialize in helping those who struggle with anxiety disorders, women's issues, self-esteem issues, trauma, life transitions, and depression. Through the therapeutic process, we will aim to help you create the life you want and deserve to peacefully live.
