Message to clients

Welcome! I'm so glad you're considering starting therapy with me. Before we begin, there are a few things I’d like you to know. First, therapy is a collaborative process, which means that we’ll work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that feels safe and supportive. My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected, so please feel free to share at your own pace. We’ll also discuss your goals and how we can best approach them to help you create lasting change.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work together. Everything you share in our sessions is private and protected by law, with a few exceptions, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others. If you ever have questions about confidentiality or anything else related to the therapy process, don’t hesitate to ask. I want you to feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Therapy can sometimes bring up challenging emotions, but it can also be a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. It's important to be patient with yourself and trust the process. I’m here to support you and walk with you through whatever you're facing, whether you’re coming in for specific concerns or just seeking overall personal development. I look forward to working together!
