Message to clients

Therapy is a place designed for you. It is a space where I hope you will feel comfortable sharing about personal issues that you want help in resolving. In therapy, you don't have to worry about being judged; I am here to support you and and help you to improve your life, based on your goals and the obstacles that you are facing. Therapy is an opportunity to prioritize yourself and focus on your own personal growth.

My hope is that my clients feel understood when they meet with me. Often, by looking at the past with my clients, I am able to help them to see patterns in their relationships, thoughts, and behaviors more clearly. By doing so, clients are empowered to make positive changes in their life.
