I am here not only to help you move through your daily challenges, but I will also help you determine the root causes of your stressors so we can create a plan towards a more fulfilling life. I emphasize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges while empowering and advocating for you to be the best version of yourself.
