Kristina Scaglione, LCSW-R, a licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Suffolk County, New York, dedicated to guiding you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Since establishing her practice in 2015, Kristina has been offering a diverse range of psychological services to clients across both the North and South shores of Long Island. Situated in Port Jefferson Village, she is also the Co-Owner and developer of Limitless Counseling Group. Kristina extends her services through Telehealth sessions for those who prefer virtual sessions or reside outside of New York state (*Licensed in CT, FL & MA).

Kristina offers specialized care for individuals, adults, older adolescents/young adults, LGBTQIA+ couples, families, and LGBTQIA+ adolescents & adult clients. Kristina's commitment to professional development is evident through her pursuit of continuing education in various crucial areas. She has acquired expertise in addressing challenges prevalent in the aging population, including hoarding disorders, living with addictions and communicable diseases, and the unique needs of the aging LGBTQIA+ community. Additionally, her training encompasses transitional housing for the severely/persistently mentally ill population and managing compulsive behaviors.

Certified in DBT, EFT, Compassion Fatigue, and Advanced Holistic Counseling, Kristina employs a progressive counseling model that integrates the most effective tools from psychotherapy, life coaching, energy healing, science, and spirituality. Furthermore, she has received training in Mindfulness-Based Techniques, CBT, Treating Pure O of OCD, Imago Technique for treating PTSD/CPTSD, and Grief Counseling, among other modalities.

Kristina's therapeutic approach empowers you to take an active role in the healing process, guiding you to make choices aligned with your therapeutic goals. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, she creates a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their beliefs and experiences.
