Professional statement

Hi, I’m Kyla, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and the founder of ClearView Counseling and Wellness, LLC. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping individuals find transformative relief from OCD and anxiety through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for these conditions. My clients are often high-functioning, driven individuals who are ready to break free from the grip of anxiety and live with greater purpose and clarity.

I believe that effective therapy goes beyond symptom management. I offer a structured, personalized treatment approach that helps you confront intrusive thoughts and anxieties without resorting to compulsions or avoidance. My goal is to empower you with the tools and strategies you need to reclaim control of your life—and to truly thrive.

While OCD and anxiety are my areas of clinical focus, I also support clients through life transitions, perfectionism, women's issues, stress, relationship challenges, identity exploration and much more. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with yourself and your values.

At ClearView Counseling and Wellness, LLC, I offer a premium, hands-on therapeutic experience grounded in compassion, clarity, and results. My virtual practice serves clients across Illinois, Iowa, and Arizona, with flexible scheduling to fit your life. Whether you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, burnout, self-doubt, or something you can’t quite name yet—I’m here to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

Message to clients

Before we begin our work together, I want you to know that therapy is a collaborative process. My approach is tailored to you and your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or OCD, the work we do will be focused on building trust, creating a safe space, and empowering you to take control over your thoughts and behaviors. My goal is not only to help you reduce symptoms but to give you the tools to live a life that feels free, clear, and authentic.

I truly believe in the power of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be. I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when facing something as complex as anxiety or OCD. But know this: you are not alone in this process. Together, we’ll break down the barriers that have been holding you back and work toward lasting change. I’m here to support you every step of the way as you move toward a life with less fear and more freedom.

My hope for you is that, through our work together, you will gain not only relief from your anxiety and OCD but also a deep sense of confidence in your ability to manage life’s challenges. I’m committed to walking this path with you and to helping you achieve lasting, meaningful progress.
