Kyle Celio is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Francisco’s Mission District with a diverse practice open to a broad spectrum of people facing an array of challenges. He works with people who are feeling stuck in some way and ready to make a shift in their life through self-awareness and behavior change. Kyle uses a combination of insight-oriented and skills-based approaches to help clients look at what is and isn’t working in their lives in a calm and interactive way increasing self-awareness and building upon existing strengths. Kyle uses a warm, non-judgmental and collaborative approach to help clients feel comfortable. He believes in cultivating a solid sense of self and the ability to relieve pain through personal empowerment. Kyle also has a background in early childhood education and approaches problems with curiosity and invites clients to do the same. He works with a range of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, life transitions and identity struggles. Kyle maintains an inclusive practice and seeks to help all clients feel safe and connected. He welcomes people from various backgrounds and lifestyles and has particular interest in working with adolescents, artists, members of the LGBTQIA community and those struggling with substances. Although based in San Francisco, Kyle is aware that finding a therapist can be challenging and is happy to provide Telehealth to anyone within the state of California.
